Is there an age requirement to attend?

Our recommended age is 12 & Up. We leave the final decision up to the parents. This event is geared for scares, and includes blood, gore, and scenes that may be too intense for young guests. We will be offering "No-Scare" tours for those who would like to attend, but are not interested in being scared <Please See calendar for more information> NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO BE CARRIED.

 

What Should I Wear?

Please dress according to the weather - Generally the nights become chilly and you will be spending a good amount of time outdoors.

 

NO FLIP FLOPS/ HEELS - and we suggest lace up shoes - every, single night we have people losing shoes because they either wear flip flops, or slip on shoes. You will be walking an outdoor trail that is dirt and not always even or level.

 

Are you open in the rain?

We will remain open unless rain becomes a downpour, or there is severe weather - If there is heavy, ongoing rain, we may shut down. If you purchased a ticket for a night we shut down, you will be allowed to use that ticket on the Sunday of the weekend your purchased your ticket for. We make weather announcements on our Facebook page as quickly as we make the decision.

 

The waiting line and trail is exposed to the elements - So please dress accordingly. Rain ponchos will be available for purchase at the ticket booths while supplies last.

 

Do you offer refunds?

There are NO refunds - Once you have entered through the gate with your tickets, the event has begun. If you are too scared to continue through an attraction, then we have done our job and did what you came here for. If you fail to follow our rules which are stated here on the website, and in person at the event we reserve the right to remove you from the event at our discretion. When purchasing a ticket for Friday/Saturday online you have the option of buying "refund protection" through an outside company, this projects your purchase for any reason if you decide not to use it. We will only provide refunds through us if we decide to shut down.

 

I have a large group, can we all go through together?

With our new timed ticketing we will be sending in groups of 5-6. If your group is larger, we may split you into smaller groups - If you are  group of 1-4 we may combine your group with a smaller group to hit our preffered group size of 5-6. This helps you get the best experience. Overly large groups tend to slow things down, and part of the group may miss what is going on.

 

Is your event wheelchair accessible?

We do our best to make all of our attractions accessible to standard wheelchairs. There may be some tight spots, but you should be able to enjoy all the events. Larger wheelchairs or motorized wheelchairs may not be able to maneuver through the indoor haunts.

 

Be warned that the trail is uneven,bumpy, or sometimes slightly muddy depending on the weather. We advise having someone with you capable of helping you maneuver through.

 

Do you take credit cards?

Tickets can be purchased online using a credit card for Friday and Saturday nights. Sundays tickets can be purchased on site using cash only. Please keep in mind our Midway food trucks, fortune teller, etc. prefer cash at this time.

 

How do I join your crew?

If you are interested in becoming an actor or crew member at our event, please visit our Facebook page and send us a message - Actors/Crew members must be 18 years of age, or 15-17 with a parent or guardian joining them. We provide everything you will need costume wise. Feel free to ask for more information through Facebook.
